Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Using the service
Neighbourhood Labour Market provides a platform for discovering remote-work opportunities collected from external publishers and feeds. You may browse public job information and use member features only for lawful purposes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Information you provide should be accurate and current.
3. Membership and billing
Membership pricing is shown at checkout. The available payment methods are shown by IntaSend for the transaction. Payments are processed by IntaSend and may include card, M-PESA and other methods supported for the transaction.
Where a supported recurring payment method is set up, membership renews automatically at the stated interval. You can turn off automatic renewal from your account. Turning it off stops future renewals; access already paid for remains available until the end of the current paid period.
4. Job listings
Listings are supplied by third-party publishers. We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, current, available, safe, or suitable for you. The original publisher controls the application process and employment decision.
5. Safety
Never send money to an employer in order to obtain a job, and never share passwords, PINs or sensitive financial credentials with a recruiter. Verify important details on the original publisher's website before applying.
6. Intellectual property
Third-party job content remains the property of its respective publisher. Our branding, website design and original platform content belong to Neighbourhood Labour Market unless otherwise stated.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and listings fresh, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular number of new jobs at any specific time.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, abuse the service or violate applicable law.
9. Contact
For account, billing or service questions, use the support contact provided on the website or in your account communications.
