Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We do not ask you to send card numbers or payment PINs to us by email.
2. How we use information
We use account information to provide sign-in, membership access, password recovery, saved jobs, saved searches, application tracking, billing records and service communications.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through IntaSend. The payment provider may process payment information according to its own privacy practices and the payment method you choose.
4. Job-source data
We collect and organize job information from external sources and partner feeds. Job-source content may contain links to third-party websites. When you follow an external application link, that site's privacy policy and terms apply.
5. Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, and sensitive server credentials are kept outside the public website code. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your account credentials.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We may use essential storage needed for account and site functionality. We do not need advertising cookies to provide the core service.
7. Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. You may contact us to ask about your account information or request deletion where applicable.
8. Children
The service is intended for people who are legally able to use online employment and paid subscription services. Do not create an account if you are not permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you.
